Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant

Having worked with infants and children for over 15 years, as a nanny and postpartum doula, my passion for helping families continues to grow. Supporting families from those first days through the childhood years, proper sleep has been the most common challenge I’ve seen families struggle with. Most often, I find that those sleep struggles are the root of families’ overall stress! For this reason, I have sought out evidence-based strategies and dedicated myself to becoming a trusted, certified sleep consultant. I believe that with the right tools, all children are capable of learning the important skill of independent sleep.
